Red Lobster - Lake Jackson

I was in this place three times in the last two weeks and I had three different servers; but my experience was the same every time. All servers are very friendly and do a stellar job to make every visit as great as the last. The positive atmosphere at this point made it my favorite restaurant in Lake Jackson. The food is just as prepared as you wish and to a really high standard. The Langostino Hummer-Artichoke-and-seafood-Dip and the Calamari are fantastic starters. The Ultimate Festival is really good, but I have become a fanatic of the Lobster Lovers Dream. Each product is made to absolute perfection. The restaurant itself is very clean and the temperature is just right for what the weather is outside. You clean the tables thoroughly after each bullet sheet. The men's rooms and parking are also very clean and tidy. The staff really takes care of this location. I HIGHLY recommend this Red Lobster!! If you want a great meal while surrounded by fantastic staff in a comfortable and stylish restaurant; then keep in this Red Lobster in Lake Jackson. A service!!

In a few years not eaten at a Red Lobster. We decided to go to Lake Jackson, get TX in and eat. Service was great and the food came fast. The food was good and much to serve. Would highly recommend this location.

I've eaten here many times and never had a bad experience. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Many of the employees have been there for years and recognize and even remember certain items you have ordered. If you are in Lake Jackson area and want seafood, I would definitely recommend to come here.

Seafood. is always great. The service was good here. The food was not as good as other red lobsters. But still good.

Arrived just as restaurant opened at 11am on a Saturday. Our server Jocelyn was everything you could want in a server: attentive with a smile, knowledgeable of the menu and could answer questions, and our order came out exactly as ordered. Chef grilled the trout perfectly- not too long/dry, but just enough to ensure the outside had grill marks and the inside still tender and delicious. A tricky accomplishment for a thin trout filet. The only reason I’m not giving all 5 stars is due to housekeeping- there was a dead bee on windowsill next to us. I’d recommend a quick dusting before opening each day. Customers will notice! In closing, we sure appreciated the small touches, such as cooled bowls for the salad. Remember…It’s the small things that can make or break an experience. When customers are sitting in the same spot for an hour, believe me, they notice things! Hope this is helpful!
