Red Lobster - Lakeland

Haven't been for several years. Was surprised by the quality of the food.

My husband and I visited Red Lobster today passing through Lakeland and the service was outstanding from the time we walked in the door Ms Peaches greeted us with a smile and was very courteous. I waitress was Nancy and before we could ask for anything she was already taking care of it. They customer service skills were outstanding best service I had in a long time.. the food was piping hot and good it was great visiting with them today because the service was just outstanding and that's what led to this review...

As always delicious food, friendly staff, and clean.

Ordered delivery. Got a text from Red Lobster that I could track the delivery. An hour later I got a text from Red Lobster stating my order was cancelled. They still charged me $146 for food I never received! Update: Red Lobster did refund me the money. I appreciate their willingness to make it right.

Went for my 67th birthday on Feb. 27. I forgot how much I adore the biscuits and mushrooms. Crab legs were delish.
