Feedback gevenI work for A delivery service, I can understand the restaurant being busy and the staff being short. But you also have to understand we are on a time limit and when we have to wait extra time, not only does it make our order late, but can also prevent us from getting other orders in, dropping our income for the night.So when a waitress stands there and continues to talk knowing my delivery is ready to go (because I literally saw the cook put the bag up, call her and point at me), along with other things, before bringing me my bag, it not only messes up my time, but the food is going cold and it can make my customers angry. This makes me look bad as a driver and this can affect my tips, we are trying to make a living too.
Lindsey was very attentive when drinks were needed and provided great service. Nice amount of TVs to watch sports from almost every angle.Only negative is the boneless wings were too hard.
First time here and I liked just about everything about the visit. Nichole did a good job waiting on us, made sure we were good the whole visit. Started with fried pickles that were super good, they use fairly thick pickles and most places don't. Got two sets of 10 original wings with 4 flavors (5 each). My daughter got mango habanero and medium while I opted for Nashville hour and extreme. They all had good flavor but I wish the extreme was a little hotter. We also got a basket of carrots and celery that was probably enough for 4 people. Lastly the mojito had excellent flavor all the way until the mint at the bottom of the glass. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the music was a little loud and it did take a pretty long time for 20 wings.
Wings and service were good. the bathroom smells like a bait shop. room was over our table. I have informed the many about both problems. he offered to move us, but no one went to the bathroom to check because my daughter said that the woman was evil.
I went to the wing house on the south florida avenue last Saturday to eat with an old friend of mine, billy. I came over. we split wings. we ordered from the bartender. I just asked that the wings be cooked longer, please. I'm afraid to get sick from the raw wings. now to my disappointment they were not only cold, but raw. the disgusting part is that it is among those who have actually been cooked to order. how in the raw building were placed under boiled under the cover, intentionally saving time? I pointed this to our server that worked behind the bar, but went out of her to serve us outside on the front terrace. the server was great. she was so fast and ready to go out of that, so we wouldn't just sit out and be forgotten. I think her name was nicolette.
