A fabulous little café near the ferry and 2 minutes away from Claife Viewing Station. Open from 10 4 every day the opening hours do not appear on Google Maps. Lovely and friendly staff, great coffee (they also serve iced coffee), good selection of crisps and cakes, and the pasties and salad boxes are delicious. A small amount of indoor seating but lots of outdoor tables and sheltered seats in the courtyard, and a sun terrace with a delightful view. There are no toilets but free public toilets are a 4 minute walk to the ferry crossing. Very grateful to have this spot on this side of the lake ! Recommended if you are ever in the area.
Clean and cosy, with friendly and prompt service. I enjoyed a flat white coffee and a caramel shortbread £5.80 in January 2020). No WiFi, though that may be a sensible policy to discourage customers occupying limited seating for extended periods.
Lovely cafe with fantastic soup and pie (recommend the ham and leek!
Lovely place, clean and very good planning in regards to safety , soup and scones are stunning.
