Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Disappointed to find a piece of hair in my ice cream cone. I contacted customer service and was told someone would follow up with me but that never happened. It would have been nice for someone to actually follow up and to issue a refund or replacement since I had to throw the cone away. I used to visit this location monthly but haven’t returned since.

My go-too for ice cream . Great location from the Interstate 20. Usually, it's not packed when I decide to go. The staff is the young age group, so glad to help them learn future tips, etc. The area is quiet and in front of apartments, cracker barrel , and uhaul . You can have your cracker barrel, go get dessert, and move yourself along.

The slowest brusters ever. I mean like, hard to watch slow.
