Feedback gevenI have tried time after time with this place but my meal is always messed up and it’s during night shift when I get off work. I get a biggie bag double stack with pickles and onions and for some reason they will always forget my bacon or fries that are not even hot and one time I told them they gave me the wrong sandwich a cook came to the car with an attitude and took the wrong sandwich back. Enough is enough this is like the fifth time
I believe tonight the workers intentionally made us wait for long periods of time in the drive-through line in hopes customers would drive away so they won’t have to serve us. The reason why I believe this is because when I pulled up to the Wendy’s drive thru there was one person at the pick up window receiving their food, and there was one person before me in the drive-through line at the order box. The person in front of me had to wait 20 minutes before they were able to order their food then when it was my turn I also had to wait 20 minutes before someone took my order. I didn’t understand why it took so long for someone to take my order when there’s literally hardly anyone in line and when they finally did take my order and I went to the pick up window there were from what I could see 3 workers inside.It took them all but two minutes to give me my food and charge my card, I said thank you but the girl in the window looked like she did not want to be there and didn’t say anything back to me.

Service is always extremely slow. Employees act like they hate their jobs.
