Domino's Pizza - Lakewood Ranch

Love coming here!! Everyone is awesome and my two favorite people are August and Linda. They are cool and on point with my order every time.

The worst experience I have ever dealt with, from the order being WRONG to the RUDE woman that worked there!! IT TASTED LIKE SALT ON A BIT OF PIZZA. ITS MY ONLY MEAL FOR THE DAY AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GET!!

The DM and Assistant Manager were so kind and personable! They both had big smiles from the minute I walked in the door, greeting me very friendly and were so helpful and patient with a large order. They were working very hard the whole time and got me my order very quickly. I can’t recommend this dominos enough!

What ever happen to walking in and getting a friendly greeting? Poor customer service at best.. I’m the only customer in the store coming in for an online order pickup… absolutely no acknowledgement from anyone.

So my order came out all wrong. I ordered a create your own bowl with Philly steak Alfredo and veggies. What I got was chicken and noodles with what looked like light Alfredo. I called the store and the manager who I think his name is Tyler really made it it right. His driver Aston delivered it fast and my original order way pick up. They made such a difference in this store vs the last ppl. I definitely recommend even after the mess up.
