Dunkin' - Lakewood Ranch

Food is food u get from a Dunkin. Service past times were ok but not up to par. I don't go inside so can't vouch for how it looks but overall pretty decent place.

They had no eggs! I'm diabetic and can't eat donuts. Plus the guy said they had no change. Could of used my card but my purse was in my car. Got over 50 cent tip to put 6 donuts in a box for my grandkids.

Service and customer satisfaction is slowly dying especially at this doughnut location. I stop regularly to buy coffee, today I decided to buy 6-7 assorted doughnuts , the person started using separate bags and I asked for a box. I WAS DENIED ONE. Because management did not allowed it. Well Mr management you lost a regular customer because of a cost of a box

Traffic free location. Great people working here and a clean location. They need to use the numbers on the ticket. It’s quicker and less customer mistakes (like mine ? . Please use the ticket numbers. In all, it’s a great space for a quick breakfast and they’re hard workers.

Absolute idiots. didnt know what the muffins were. I said anything BUT a chocolate chip is ok . guess what they gave me...yep...chocolate chip!
