The Garlic Knot Bear Creek - Lakewood

This is a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff. However, I've experienced a problem when ordering garlic knots to go; they often turn out stale. This has happened to me multiple times, and I’ve been unable to enjoy them. Given that the restaurant is called The Garlic Knot, I expected them to be fresh and delicious.

I ordered a large alphabet pizza for $35 and left a tip of $5 or $6. Unfortunately, the pizza was lacking in toppings. I really love this place, but it seems to be declining rapidly. I even took photos showing just six pieces of pepperoni on the large pizza, with even fewer of the other ingredients. I don't mind spending money, but feeling ripped off is really disappointing. I hope Garlic Knot can return to being the go-to restaurant it used to be. I’ll definitely come back if you can address these issues.

I've been enjoying food from this restaurant for a long time. However, during my last two orders of the Sicilian pizza, it was undercooked, and the cheese wasn’t even melted properly. I also ordered lasagna the other night, and I experienced the same issue. I'm not sure if there’s a problem with the oven or if the cooking times have changed, but I really hope this gets fixed. I love this location and want to continue ordering from you.

Portnoy if you’re listening…..I gotta tell ya this pizza is top notch!! Amazing pizza! The crust is the best and the knots and fresh marinara are great. Very clean and kind!
