Papa John's Pizza West Norwood

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. Our pizza took over an hour to arrive, and part of our order was missing. It took an additional hour for the missing items to be delivered, making it a total of 2 hours. This was for a 30th birthday celebration, and everyone was extremely disappointed. The pizza was very greasy and appeared to be made without much care. I called multiple times for updates, but once they realized my number, they stopped responding. However, they did answer when I called from a different number. I will never order from Penge Papa John's again. The pizzas are expensive, low quality, and the customer service is horrible. You're better off just getting a few frozen pizzas from the supermarket.

I usually live a Papa John's but this was awful Plastic cheese and hardly and toppings. Service was pretty rude without a single smile or update as I waited in shop for twenty mins at LT fir our two pizzas

We ordered takeout a few days ago and my food arrived quickly. The pizza was still warm, delicious, and loaded with toppings. I absolutely loved it!

The manager has very poor communication skills, shakes his head dismissively and doesn't even maintain eye contact with his customers. Zero star restaurant. 1 is too good for these guys.

Terrible customer service food not hot, mistake on order, and to top it all off took 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver. Avoid at all costs
