Burger King - Lancaster

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was always enjoyable. Every time I visit, everything is on point. However, when I look in my bag for home, I often find my straw, napkins, and sauces crammed together. I've never had any issues otherwise. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and the restaurant is clean with fresh food. The fries are always hot whenever I've been there.

The service was terrible. The young staff, along with an older guy who seemed to be under the influence, were very rude and cursed a lot. They got my order wrong after I waited in line for 10 minutes. I wonder what happened to the experienced staff; it's not acceptable the way things are now.

The employees could be a bit friendlier and greet customers with a smile and a warm "hello." A little goes a long way in customer service. As for the food, it's decent. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5.

On the door hours of operation for Sunday opens at 7:00 a.m. it is 7:30 doors are locked employees inside no One wanting to work if you're looking for breakfast in the morning in Lancaster I would not go to Burger King
