Had my first ever Oola Bowl experience today for lunch and it was delicious. I tried the tropical one and the flavors paired together so well. I highly recommend.

The best!! Buttttt coustomer service is not great! My niece is allergic to bananas, we made not in our file and was on our receipt but as we were waiting for our order and we got our order they told us they didn’t know which one had banana and that we would have to figure it out for ourselves… WHAT? …. I didn’t say that I didn’t like banana I’m saying that she’ll have an allergic reaction to banana. This is not about what she wants versus what she can have. There was no extra graces or caution in anyway when it came to the situation. I just spent $13 on A smoothie that my niece cannot drink. … When I asked for them to make me another one without banana they told me that they were busy and had a line the little girl did not know what to do so I was pretty much just pushed to the side. I think that these people should be trained a little better on these things just my opinion people have allergic reactions to different fruit and you need to be more cautious especially when you put it in to a persons profile.

The BEST acai bowl I've ever had (besides in Hawaii)! WOW!!! I loved it so much, when I found another Oola location I had to stop and get it again. So yummy!! I got the large Oola bowl, and it did not disappoint! The ingredients taste flavorful. The fruit so fresh ripe! The peanut butter is a show stopper! Every element in this bowl tastes fantastic, and of great quality. And it was very filling. I can't wait to go back I'm craving Oola.

My oola bowl without peanut butter was absolutely amazing, just wish there was something that said how many calories!! Def will be coming back for more!!
