Taco Bell - Lancaster

We have no car and throughout the pandemic we have ordered a lot of taco bell through door pocket and we still do this location is amazing. 99% of the time our order is accurate and actually put into the bag, here and there items were omitted or it had ingredients that were asked to be omitted, but everyone makes mistakes. Taco bell is one of the only places that actually get our order right in Lancaster, and there is time that we may have to wait 40 minutes or more, but they absolutely do their best with the amount of staff they had.

I was politely greeted by the lady in the front register. The other workers seemed to be busy meeting the demands of the drive. The dining area was also clean. I prefer this place over others in my 40 miles.

Tamera the night shift manager is amazing and has great customer service. She was so sweet to us. She made our night as safe as we did.

I've been a customer since the opening of the site. Always faster, precise service through the drive-thru and my food is always hot. It's my visit when I come late for lunch or need something to accompany me.

Very friendly crew. The card readers were not working but we used the Taco Bell app to order. Food was hot, fresh and prepared pretty quickly.
