Gateway Pizza - Langley

Good pizza good pricing it's always difficult with the language barrier. However we're patient and I always get what we want.

I ordered pizza for pick up at Langley location . It was the worse customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The lady at the front counter had such a negative and rude attitude . No greetings , no politeness in the tone and even extremely rude manner of taking the order over phone. I think they really really need to invest in their customer service . I would never go there again.

Amazing Butter Chicken! I always get the Garlic Naan and the rice! The heat level is just right and my go to place for Butter Chicken, it was the first place I had it back when it was by Surrey Central! Glad there is one close to me now ?

The pizza was very bland, the after taste was not appetizing.

What a joke their staff are at langley location.One doesn’t know how to speak to the customer and other doesn’t know how to take the order.Give them some lessons and training.
