Arby's - Lansing

We got our food fast but it's expensive to eat at Arby's ?Parking: Plenty of regular parkingWheelchair accessibility: They only have 2 Handicap parking spots.

Went here twice in the last few weeks. First time was at 2pm and they said they weren't open, which was weird because they were answering the drive thru. This time there was no roast beef. Like you know, the whole point of the restaurant. Service was at least friendly when saying they had no roast beef the second time. I just can't believe this place is still open.

The cashier was not friendly and acted like she hated her job. But the food was great!

Showed up right at 4 PM (open 10am to 10 pm according to the door) Walked inside and the manager was on their phone trying to get a hold of someone. She then threw her phone on the counter where it flew off and hit the floor and then told me it would be a few minutes and then walked and locked all the doors. Came back up to the register, mumbling and cussing under her breath was very rude and abrupt when taking my order. Told me I could not eat it in the lobby. While I was waiting for my food. I walked around the storefront, the floor was incredibly sticky. The entire interaction was Very unprofessional on the part of the employee.

Were very nice and fixed my order for free, dispite it probably being my fault for ordering wrong.
