Feedback gevenI just stopped by for a coffee, and the young man who assisted me was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to provide assistance. It was a wonderful experience, and the coffee was great, too!
All the jelly donuts had a soggy bottom. I requested a replacement, but the employee told me he couldn't take it back and didn't mention that a substitute was an option. When I pressed him about it, he reluctantly started to put a new one in the bag, saying they were all wet. It took some time, but he eventually realized I was asking for a different type of donut. The whole situation felt overly complicated!
After receiving my food, I realized we weren't given any napkins, and I had to ask for them twice before we finally got some. Once I pulled away, I discovered that both sandwiches were ice cold. Frustrated, I drove back to the restaurant to request a refund. However, I ended up not receiving a full refund because the man at the register couldn't figure out what we had ordered, and the information wasn't communicated to the back staff. It's truly a shame to see a well-known brand like Dunkin' being let down by such poor service at this location.
Terrible never get your order right crazy manager defending his employees when he should be holding them accountable seems like the facility works better without the manager being there terrible rather go to the one on woolbright :
Went to grab a quick bite at 4. Was told I couldn't order food because the cleaned the ovens already even though they don't close til 6. Thanks for the screaming toddler
