Feedback gevenThe last 3 times in a row I have gone here my order is messed up. Everytime I call the manager said it's because people are new. I understand training but it's the same people for the last couple weeks, so how long does it take to train? I have worked for Arby's before and I understand the challenges that come with the job, but I also understand how to do the job. The manager needs to take responsibility for her crew, use the techniques that are handed to her and optimize her staff for the best results and stop giving excuses to her customers.There is another Arby's less than 10 minutes away. I suggest you use that Arby's.
Orderd a BLT and took it home to find out there was no T tomato and when I called they tell me, oh well are out of tomatoes, they could have told me that at the time of order and I would have not ordered it. They deserve all the one stars they get. Lousy....
Placed online order from work for multiple people. Paid online and chose a pick up time to avoid the drive thru at peak lunch hours.Well, the staff at this location decided that the lobby is closed and doors are locked. So EVERYONE gets to go through the drive thru.Best part? After the 15 minutes it took getting to the speaker, it took another 10 to get to the window! What would be the point of ordering ahead of time when I had to spend the entirety of my 30 minute break in line?? Nothing apparently!Whoever's policy or mistake this was, it needs to be reviewed and remedied.
The employees look like Thier dog passed way this morning and they gave me Mac and cheese bites in 10 seconds that were mush on the inside. I know fast food jobs suck but smile a little ?
This location sucks. Everytime i go there the food is cold.
