Agriturismo Acquarello - Lapedona

Fantastic dinner in a lovely place. Food extremely good and high courtesy of the staff. You taste local food and price is reasonable! Is a must to try in the nearby of PORTO SAN GIORGIO!

After living here for 11 years we had never been to Acquarello, which it seems was a mistake. The service was good, the quality of food was really good and the atmosphere lovely. The price is very reasonable, certainly given the quality. I look forward to going back.

One word AMAZING!!! We had a magical diner. A lovely staff. A incredible chef. And a super friendly host. We definitely go back to the magical and colorful Acquarello!

Acquarello is hidden down a small 'white ' road but is signposted from the main Lapedona road. There is plenty parking and lovely views across an unspoilt valley. There is a fairly large outside eating area though we ate inside on the evening we were there. The proprietor is very welcoming and helpful with the menu which is in Italian and English. Good local wines as well as a wine list of other wines. The Antipasto Acquarello is large and excellent cold meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, lovely focaccia bread etc a meal in itself. One of our party had some pasta which he rated as very good and I had the bistecca tagliata with a fresh salad. Both were very good and tasty. We were full by then so didn 't have desert but had coffee followed by a complimentary drink. All at a very reasonable price c €20 a head. So it is a friendly country restaurant with good food and a lovely location recommended!
