Mcdonald's - Lapeer MI

My wife went in two days ago and paid $3 for an extra happy meal squishmallow. I go in tonight and was rudely told by 3 people that they don’t do that. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Placed a pickup order at 10:20 for hotcakes and a frappe. Arrived at 10:35 and gave my code through the drive-thru and was told that it was after breakfast so they couldn’t make it. We let them know that we ordered ahead, so shouldn’t they already be done? She said ok, and then we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the hotcakes… why does this location not make the orders when they’re placed?! What’s the point in ordering ahead when I still have to wait

Terrible service, bad tasting food as soon as it cools, orders being completed wrong. Just avoid it. This location is not as good as others.

It was very late at night but, my buns were hard and my fries were cold. Wait and service was quick and good otherwise.

The food was fresh and the people at the windows were nice and courteous towards us.
