Fleur - Las Vegas

The martinis are delightful and refreshing, while the caprese salad is outstanding. Both the salmon and the scallops are excellent choices. The crème brûlée was fantastic. Definitely worth a visit!

I had the most incredible dining experience during my trip to Vegas. Chef Reynold curated a fantastic tasting menu, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Our server, Javier, was very professional and attentive.

The food was decent, but it wasn't anything remarkable. Our steaks fell short of our expectations. The service was disappointing, especially for the level we anticipate at Mandalay Bay or any Las Vegas steakhouse. Our waiter frequently walked by, repeatedly assuring us he would attend to us shortly, but it took a long time before we even got our drinks. When we requested bread, we only received it after asking a different waiter. We ordered a bottle of wine but ended up having to refill our own glasses. We also had to ask for our water glasses to be topped up. Given the subpar service and the average quality of the steaks, we won't be returning. There are simply too many excellent steakhouses in Las Vegas to settle for one that is merely adequate.

I really enjoyed my Caesar salad (app) and Mac and cheese (meal). I was here for a business conference called Prosper. Fleur is located inside the Delano hotel right near the casino. The Delano is next to/connecting to the Mandalay Bay Resort and the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. My waiter kept checking if I had everything I needed and kept bringing me water. I recommend this restaurant and would go back in the future!

We had a wonderful experience and dinner at Fleur. Kudos to Chef Dale. We had the scrumptious scallops as an appetizer. The presentation as well as the delightful texture and taste of the pockets of butternut squash is highly recommended. We also enjoyed the perfectly grilled filet mignon. Our waiter , Michael was top notch and was very attentive to our needs.
