We came in at 825pm and long haired dude grumbled why are all these orders coming in now? to his coworker next to him. That second guy also looked annoyed. When I asked questions about the menu, first guy gave answers acting like you should know this . No enthusiasm and just plain rude. We should 've really left on the spot. If you don 't like your job, then don 't work here. Nobody is forcing you to. Last time I patronize this business.
We ordered 7 plates, and were missing items in our plates. White rice was hard and very soggy. We paid a lot money only to get missing food items we paid an extra fee for and hard soggy white rice.Teriyaki and Katsu chicken both tasted old and sour!! Not to mention some of our plates were smashed together.AND THE FACT THAT TWO OF OUR EMPLOYEES WENT HOME EARLY FROM STOMACH PAIN AFTER EATING THE FOOD SMH!! Do not be fooled by the reviews and 5stars its a hit or miss with this place! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!
The people working behind the counter are listless and vapid. Orders can take up to 20 minutes to fulfill because the employees do not communicate, nor do they care about service. The food is fine; one can find better without the hassle.Food: 3/5
Honestly this was the most disappointing Hawaiian food I've ever had. It was my first time there, I was the first one up in line and they didn't even acknowledge I was there. Finally they asked what I wanted, I got the Katsu, Kimchi, Macaroni Salad, White Rice, Teriyaki Chicken and Spicy Ahi Poke. The Ahi Poke comes in a small container bowl, for the extra cost not worth it. The Teriyaki Chicken and Katsu were flavorless. I was not a fan at all, the macaroni salad had potatoes in it? I've never had Hawaiian Macaroni Salad with potatoes, it did not taste that great. Kimchi was also very bland. When I was asked what sauce I wanted I asked for 3 sirachas, when I got home I had 5 soy sauce packages. I'd much rather go to Island Flavor 808 even if it's more of a drive. First and last time.
Had a wonderful experience. Service was on point! I had the teriyaki chicken with white rice and corn. It was yummy. This was on the list of musts when I came to Vegas. Will be back! Thanks!Food: 5/5
