Smoking Pig Bbq - Las Vegas

Solid local barbecue spot. Their home-made sauces are really good. Low key environment where a lot of military people from nearby air force base come for lunch. Quick service even during busier lunchtime.

The food is good, service is atrocious. Seems like they're always understaffed. Last time I was here, I waited for almost an hour just hear that they forgot our food. This was after we were told that our food should be coming up next...after the three parties that sat down after us got their food.

Best BBQ in the valley!! We've been to almost every BBQ restaurant and this one toppled them all! Perfect ribs and awesome brisket! The only thing I'd say would have given them more stars is the table need to be thrown away or scrubbed clean.

Good BBQ. I had Hot Links and a mix of collards and kale known as the Southern Greens.

Stopped by this evening to try this place for the first time. Jenne was my waitress, she was pleasant and made sure I was happy with my meal. I ordered the 1/4 rack which comes with corn bread and one side(I picked Cajun fries) For dessert I had the peanut butter pie. I left there full and happy with the value of the meal.
