Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Las Vegas

First I want to say I love tropical smoothie. but today was very disappointing. I ordered a cajun garnelensalat, which I ordered frequently. my rice is not boiled, the garnel is almost ice cold. not sure if I should heat up anything except the salat. my Jalapeño maize was also cold. I called 5 times when I thought they were answering the phone because nobody was there. I have to be on this place smoothie is good! Here come the two stars.

I LOVE tropical smoothie. Wayyy better than jamba juice and the chai banana boost with peanut butter is literal heaven. 6.50 for a very decent sized high quality smoothie isn't bad at all. Starbucks will sell drinks half the size for the same or more cost!

The food was great however the smoothies tasted like ice with very little flavor. The service was alright but very slow. I recommend one of their other locations.

Worst salad ever, ordered extra shrimp, no rice and came with 4 shrimp, mustard dressing? Just ended up throwing it in the trash. Great smoothies tho. I guess I can sustain enough energy off the smoothy alone to last through this long day at work till I get to real food. 2 stars just because the smoothies were right

My first time trying this and I am in love. I don't even get coffee anymore. I am currently hooked on the Mocha Madness. The ladies at the window was very professional and courtesy. Very friendly. I didn't have to wait long for my drink and sandwich. I love how you can add things to the drink as well.
