Cataract On Paterson - Launceston

The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. Elijah, our waiter for the evening, was friendly and polite. The entire staff was welcoming. The Chef deserves compliments for the amazing pork belly dish, it was the best I have ever tasted! I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Cataract on Paterson last night! It was so thrilling to find a high quality bar/restaurant that caters to vegans. We enjoyed delicious vegan wine, a vegan risotto, and the most indulgent vegan dessert we've ever had - a delicious panookie! We felt so welcomed and appreciated for our food choices. The staff was excellent, and the decor and atmosphere were perfect. I can't wait to return and plan on bringing lots of family and friends with me!

Yesterday evening, we celebrated our birthdays together for the first time at this restaurant. I had high hopes for the venue, the service, and most importantly, the food. I was warned that it might be noisy because it would be busy, but we were not let down. We were treated with kindness and the food we ordered was delectable. I couldn't stop raving about the dishes, we even shared our meals to fully enjoy the experience and it was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return again in the future, and definitely recommend it to others. Our friends recommended this restaurant to us, and we were very impressed. Overall, an excellent dining experience.

Thank you, once again Cataract on Paterson did not disappoint. We had lunch here today for the sons birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, and the desserts one word WOW! The staff attentive and very friendly as always. This is definitely our go to place for a delicious meal.
