Feedback gevenEvery time I order drive-thru they ask us to wait for our order in the parking lot and I have to come down to tell them that they forgot me, but today it was too much. I went downstairs and there were 4 employees standing around doing nothing, no one at the counter and my soup still not ready. Instead of apologizing, well no, they were rude. Uncompetent and arrogant employees.
The staff is rude. The lady just didn’t want to answer for my question….
With each of my visits to this branch, I am more and more surprised and in a negative way. The staff at the drive-thru never smile and are very unpleasant. For several months now, we have been pushed further into the parking lot to bring us anything that is not regular filter coffee and what's more, we are not offered any boxes of beige or muffins at the drive-thru. Which, in my opinion, makes no sense, since it doesn't take very long to put food in a box! On my last visit, I was clearly told to please move forward when I had not even put my coffee in my car cup holder, without a smile, without a good day. There was no one behind me! This is by far the worst Tim Horton's I have ever been to in my life, I never normally google reviews but this branch definitely has a problem. At least the food is okay. From now on, I will no longer go to this branch.
