Coffee was sour. This can be caused by it being brewed too quickly. Might need to adjust the brewer.

Got my order wrong 3 times even though I was right in front of the girl telling her how I wanted it.

Placed an order on the mobile app for WALK IN. Get there and the door is locked at 1 oclock on a Sunday. So then I stuck in the drive thru which took forever to move the only two cars in front of me. No easy way to get refund on the app or else I would’ve left. Won’t be back.

I go to Dunkin Donuts in Lavonia very often, and I always get my wife a frozen mocha coffee, with mocha swirl, but no whip cream. I must say I will brag about the service here, the servers are the very best!!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a large hot coffee. Was served quickly, order was correct, reasonable price, food quality good.
