Donatos Pizza - Lawrence

We're in town for the totality and needed some pizza. Donatos totally delivered! Order was ready within 20min and the food was delicious. We've never had Hawaiian pizza with cinnamon on it before and it was amazing! The cinnamon and party bread are also very good. 10/10 would pig out on Donatos again.

Spent 75 dollars on a delivery that was never coming. I called about a half hour after they said the food had left, I first called the driver and he said they gave the order to the wrong person so they knew what they did. I then called the store only for the manager to tell me my food had been given to some sketchy guy who he wasn 't really sure about smh. I asked if the order could be replaced and was told that if it was was.. the so called manager , (which sounded like a kid) literally said to me I would have to come pick the order up.. because they didn 't really want to have to remake the order , even though I paid for a delivery. Only other option was to cancel it, also no one was even going to notify me. I 'd still be waiting had I not called to check on it. so my family will have to wait even longer now because I 'm still working. I 've given too much good money to this place to not even receive a viable resolution but a refund and a shoulder shrug. This place used to do good business, but I definitely won 't be going back.
