Feedback gevenI love Chipotle !! But there are some areas of concern that need to be addressed. First- being when requesting the items you want in your bowl, the servers need to STOP acting like they don't want to give you enough of what you want such as rice, beans or vegetables. It seems sometimes like they're trying to save it for themselves!! Remember I'm paying for everything you place in my bowl, it's NOT free!! Second- They also need to go back to accepting cash not just debit or credit. Third- Chipotle is a very busy establishment so there should NEVER be just 1 person serving food ALWAYS at least 2 people serving. You want the line to keep moving fast. Continue to keep the call in take order line because that is beneficial to the customer. That's all for now -Take Care God Bless!!
Not bad. I always place an order online usually 20 minutes out it's been on time the two times that I went during lunch time (11am-1pm). Ingredients taste fresh and portion is good. Prices are high I will advise anybody of that, but in this economy it's to be expected almost.
My coworkers decided on Chipotle's today. So I ordered a Steak Burrito Bowl. Delicious ? Everything was good.. Prices aren't too bad. Definitely will order again! ?
First time here probably the best location I've ever been. Not sure why so many negative reviews. Food was fresh, properly portioned, and staff was attentive friendly working hard. Online ordering is very busy but I didn't mind the wait. Came on a Friday around 7:30pm
I?ve seen the reviews on this Chipotle and they don?t accurately reflect the business these people run. All the employees are hardworking and you can see it whenever they?re short staffed but still have a line to the door. Regardless, they still try to get everyone?s order as soon as they possibly can whatever the circumstance is. I?ll admit, sometimes my online order was incorrect but they?re human and if you see the amount of orders they get on online alone, you?d understand too. But whenever it is incorrect you can tell they?re genuinely sorry and have no issues remaking it to how you like. People love to say they?re mean and/or arrogant but the only time I ever see them get rude is if a customer is rude first, other than that, everyone who works there is super sweet. So, good job guys for doing the best you can running a restaurant, especially at such a young age. And good job to all the managers who continuously keep their cool and still provide excellent service especially Julia and the really tall guy?
