Dunkin' - Lawrenceburg

I recently went to my local dunkin I stood at the counter with multiple employees walking back and forth in front of me not speaking to me. I waited at minimum of 5 mins after I had turned to my husband and said they haven't acknowledged me yet. A girl walks over to says I can't take your order I'm not in the register and walks away. Finally another girl comes to take my order. My husband needed to use the bathroom they had the door locked so no one could use it. So my husband had to use the lady's room while I stood outside.

This is written after trying this location three times. Each time my wife and I went through the drive thru, each time we waited a minimum of ten minutes. Each time the food was poorly prepared. Especially on this visit, the egg tasted raw? I don 't even know exactly what we were tasting. The egg on my sandwich tasted okay, but my wife and daughters meals tasted like metal or something.After reading previous reviews, it 's clear that I am not alone in my experience.Do NOT eat at this restaurant .

Drive thru is usually a 15 minute wait time, coffee is typically watery and they were out of every option I asked for this last time I went… will not return.

Service and quality control have taken a hit at this location. It's rare that you'll come across a friendly employee, and they can't seem to make a consistent iced latte anymore.

Arguably the rudest staff I have ever encountered. If at all possible, avoid this location at all costs.Also, their water tastes just like metal.
