Feedback gevenDrive thru line was huge, took for ever. Also food wasn't cooked well. I got 2 happy meals and in both orders the nuggets had a couple of nuggets fried together.
I went through the drive thru ordered a strawberry crème pie. It had hair on it ????. I took it back inside watched as they all examined it. Another worker passed it to the guy I gave it to and they all went back to work. No acknowledgement or apology.
Quick service but I wasn?t given straws or a cup holder by my server but a cashier who wasn?t serving me at all did ask if I needed a cup holder and provided me with one and I appreciated that
What the point of mobile order when you have to wait 20-30 minutes. I ask the employee outside plus inside for my order. It has been sitting on the counter inside the kitchen area for who knows how long. I went in and grab it myself. Best they can do was shrug their shoulder when I ask if I can take this with my phone out. I firmly say Ive been parking at the spot indicated on the app for almost half an hour. Your morning team is useless and pointless. Best part is where is my missing item. I was friendly at first then your employees lack of care enrage me. Will never go back or even bother with my missing item. If only I was able to cancel my order on the app.
Absolutely great service. I had breakfast and the morning crew was amazing..2 minute wait time and I had my baby with me so the manager was very helpful
