Feedback gevenStayed there in September 2016. First of all we arrived at the hotel and they couldnt find our reservation. Even though I showed them the email we booked in June. Then they told us they had a solution, but we had to move to another room the next day, which I declined. Secondly, the room was very bad. It had a broken window, the bed is really bad for your back, the shower door was broken so it couldnt close. The shower was also leaking. The toilet kept flushing so there was something wrong as well. Thirdly, the breakfast is served until 10 am, and we were at the table around 9 am. There was little bread left, only a few slices of cheese and some sausage left. So we had the feeling you had to be there at 7.30 to get a decent meal. Overall the experience was not good. We paid €50/night which is way too much for what we received. Also we did not get our welcome drink, and we are not going to beg for it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disappointing experience at this hotel. Exterior very sloppy (garden not maintained), average welcome and not worthy of a hotel, room still comfortable even if there is mold above the window. The disappointment was even greater for dinner and breakfast: very little choice and poor quality products, nothing homemade and poor service.
The hotel itself is pretty room decoration rather sober and modern not too colorful Drinks are very expensive As for the restaurant, it wasn't really my cup of tea, there was not a lot of choice on the daily menu. Pretty decent service. And the morning breakfast is quite simple. Overall it's great and nice ; Now anyone who expects luxury shouldn't go there but this little place is cute and it's accessible to animals, even large dogs €15 extra
The reception of the server was very good. He made us a very good cocktail. When we arrived we were shown to the room which I found very nice. The room very well. Very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding, only downside... the shower a bit small with a curtain... (rather embarrassing The furniture very beautiful but hyper caught dust. I pity the maid. In any case very clean it has merit . (The person who buys thinks about the aesthetics but not necessarily about the ease of cleaning . The next morning the young girl who was present for breakfast was very pleasant. Present but not too much... just enough. Polite she came to say hello and took good care of us (it must be said because it is not given to everyone . A very good breakfast buffet. Fresh croissants, fresh baguette, and choice at the buffet. In short, the server for our evening arrival and especially THE person (from breakfast and room service did everything possible so that we could have a good time and that we did not miss anything... We will return....
Very good meal at le petit Firmin , excellent seafood sauerkraut.
