Pilot Travel Center - Leavenworth

Used to be a great place clean and well stocked, but over the last year it has really gone downhill. I saw 6 different Out of Order signs today alone. Half of the fountain drink options were out as well as one of the ice dispensers. I 've got one or twomore visits out of loyalty until I start going to Love 's from now on.

Every time I have tried to gas the pumps will say see cashier then I get a fraud protection call from my bank, then my card gets suspended. My card works fine inside the store for their amazing Cinnabon rolls being the reason I gave 3 stars. Don?t try toget gas because I?m suspecting something isn?t right.

The manager believes she can speak to her employees however she likes in front of customers, and then treats those customers the same way. I don't work for her, so she shouldn’t take out her frustrations on me. I was tempted to give her a piece of my mind. I won’t be returning to this location. They need to hire someone who treats everyone, including their staff, with respect.

The subway is excellent, but they were out of coffee supplies and other essentials at the gas station.

Is this a decent stop while traveling? It's pretty much your typical Pilot location, except the background music was turned up so loud that it felt like you were at a concert.
