Steak 'n Shake - Lebanon

It was quite a unique experience. You place your order on a screen and can pay with either cash or credit card. After checking in with your name, you simply wait for your food. We tried two milkshakes: I had the Mint Oreo, while my friend opted for chocolate. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I had the Sourdough Patty Melt, and it was amazing! It brought back wonderful memories from my childhood. While the fries were a bit too thin for my liking, the chocolate shakes were fantastic. However, a new employee at the register mixed up my shake size and charged me over $4 for a smaller shake, while the first one was only under $2 as part of the combo meal. I was really frustrated by that. If she had paid attention, my experience would have been perfect. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, so I’ll still give the food a solid 5 stars!

I really love their app! It makes my 30-minute lunch break much easier, allowing me time to enjoy my meal. The food is excellent too!

I have a very good burger and spiced pommes. Then I have a butter finger shake. The manager was friendly like my server and my food was cooked great and it was fast. I have no complaints
