Mcdonald's - Leeds

I don't know why I continue to order on an app for McDonalds, there is ALWAYS, something missing. Today we ordered Mcnuggets, dips, fries and a drinks. No dips and no straw. Before we've had meals missing, fries. It was a simple order today and still incomplete.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life staff are thick got food wrong 3 times then when they replaced it it was cold absolute joke shop need closing down or they need a new set of staff that know what there doing

Teenagers had taken over the restaurant throwing food. 20 members of staff in the kitchen but no staff in the restaurant keeping the customers safe. Half the restaurant was closed off, tried to leave the building but had to wait 20mins for my food. Food was cold. Health and safety risk. Avoid!

Stay away ! Constant cookers bleeping and buzzing , surly you can turn the row down , ridiculous, also full of wannabe teen gangsters no respect for anyone , swearing ,using the pace as a youth club , ,

Pretty rubbish. Burger just about warm, think it had been cooked quite a while ago. Definitely not as the new adverts described. Coffee only just warm enough to drink, we ate at 6.30 I suspect coffee brewed at breakfast left in pot all day Don't go to McDonalds very often as I am always disappointed
