We had booked for a Sunday carvery but was telephoned to say they no longer offered this and it was now a set Sunday lunch, 1,2 or 3 courses. The food offered was very tasty although not very hot. Not good value for money either we felt The environment was a real negative. The bar/restaurant felt dirty and needed tables clearing. It was really cold and the noise level wasn’t relaxing. Tasty food but we will not be returning as it was expensive and chaotic.

We waited 45 mins for our main, the food was poor. The Sunday lunch has all changed and it’s rubbish. The bar is freezing and I won’t be coming back. We got married at the hotel 4 years ago and it was much better. I don’t like the food it’s gone down rate is 0

Nice looking hotel, bar and dining looks nice however limited cocktails which taste very watered down, they ran out of pornstar martinis as well sadly. Food bill bit pricey for what you get.

Paid for Sunday brunch. Ate a few starters but not much as the burger looked good. Ordered 2 brunch burgers. Waited 35 minutes, still no burgers. Had a conversation with the bar people who came over 5 minutes later and told us it will be 2 or 3 minutes. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes and then we decided to leave. Got our refund and left. The place was very quiet and not many sat eating. Terrible service. First time there. Poor.

Was quite disappointed with the restaurant and bar. I ordered a glass of prosecco and got half a flute of flat prosecco. My second glass was then overflowing... Food was a major disappointment. My calamari came out in a bamboo steamer mix up of countries there... it was also not the best quality, and at almost £10, I would expect better! I then had the chicken Kiev which had no garlic filling so was just a breaded chicken breast with no seasoning. Service wasn't great no real care for the customers.
