Hungry Howie's Pizza Subs - Leesburg

This place is look clean and food is good. However, when I made the order by phone one person did not know what to do she passed the call to an Ashley which I know the name because I heard when the first person requested her assistance.Ashley has a nasty attitude, she needs to know that customers can tell when she throw the phone to hang out, not respectful at all

Ordered two large pizzas one was a plain cheese and the other was extra bacon, sausage, and hot honey. when the order was delivered the cheese pizza had hot honey on it and the other had no bacon or hot honey. i called and spoke with the assistant manager Ashley to see if i could get it remade and she said she couldn’t, they can only do that when the general manager is in and that instead she could give me a credit. i then asked if i could use the credit right away to get it remade and she said i couldn’t use it till tomorrow. and then she said they could remake it if we give them the wrong ones back. i had already thrown away the cheese one cause no one here would eat it, i live at apartments i couldn’t go dive in the dumpster to retrieve the pizza they messed up. now my family is out dinner tonight, it’s not hard to remake two pizzas to make a customer happy after YOUR mistake. i will be calling in the morning to speak with the general manager and i’ll also be calling corporate. thank you.

This establishment and staff deserve a round of applause. We came in about a couple of hours before closing and ordered $100 worth of food. I have to say the staff still made our order with pleasure. They greeted us with a smile making us feel like welcomed customers. Not to mention, the manager was there, and he's a very kind respectful gentleman. My food did not take forever to make, it was quick, fresh, and made right. I mean, what more can you ask for? I highly recommend this Hungry Howie's for fresh delicious pizza and professional service. (Great Job Team) keep up the incredible work I am truly a happy customer. And to the superiors of Hungry Howie at this location the manager and staff rock; I just thought y'all should know. ??

We ordered on 1-8-24. We got multiple things. A pizza, a sub, and a chef salad. All the food was great, service was great, delivery arrival time was great. But I have to say, this is the best chef salad I think I have ever had. Even better than the big sit-down restaurants. This had so many toppings on it, it was amazing. I will definitely order again. I know, I didn't talk much about the other food, I'm a big salad person.

The food is pretty consistently good. The staff always rocks and Hungry Howie's is very underrated as far as the pizza game goes.
