The full breakfast was just what we needed to cure our hangovers from the night before! Great food and very friendly staff serving us! We’ve found our new local!!

Great venue for a few beers before the game. Helps to dull the senses before watching the once mighty Tigers lose again! Good range of Steaming Billy beers, good prices-even better with your discount card! Landlord has a good sense of humour-has to as he's an Aston Villa supporter!!

Thank goodness there are still some good pubs out there. Have often wandered in during the summer and had a sit down and glass of wine in the garden (well, yard really). Friendly welcome, very relaxing, and I can take my dog. Bar is very cosy too and would not think twice about going in on my own. Thank you.

We found this place by accident and what a find. A real old style pub with great beer and a barbecue and also great filled cobs. It's how pubs used to be and a pleasant change from the Wetherspoons norm. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, whether sitting by the cozy fireplace or in the covered outdoor area enjoying delicious tap beer. Looking forward to when the theatre season starts. The beer garden is fantastic and I will definitely be coming back.
