Panera Bread - Leominster

I go to other Panera Bread locations on a regular basis in middlesex County and Southern NH. Food is mostly good. I know exactly what to order and how they should taste. This was first time here. First they got the order wrong. Then I got themto fix that. But the reason for most of the stars missing was the food and drink. Everything seemed to taste off and weird ina bad way. Food and drink was not good. That was unexpected. I won't be coming back here when I am in Leominster.

We had an issue with our order this evening melanie took care of it right away was super kind and understanding reimbursed our meal and new cup of soup for my daughter. We have never had a problem there so glad they were willing to help

Always a tasty bite at Panera. We had great food while relaxing and enjoying each others company.

Food is good. Service is nice but always seems understaffed so there is a wait for everything.Went last night for supper, and they were out of every kind of bread but white. That is unacceptable.

2nd time in 2 weeks where I had something completely wrong with my order to the point where it was inedible. This place has gone way downhill!
