I was intrigued by this restaurant with a unique concept to levis. In the end, I enjoyed it, but some of the elements have run me. the slate menu was presented to us in a very expeditious way despite the few customers present. it was difficult to remember everything to make an informed choice. Inside, a salad is too simple (convenience and very little green apple and with too little balsamic vinegar). In main dish, an excellent dish of mushroom scallop pasta that I have all the same had to add salt (and I do not eat very salty normally). dessert, a pear pie very good and just sweet enough. In short, this restaurant has potential, but they would have benefit to refine their dishes (especially seasoning) and to give more importance to the explanation of them. They would win by playing on the curiosity of the clientele.
In the Old Levis, beautiful, clean, well lit, welcoming place. a real vegetarian meal that is both diverse and simple, consisting of elements to their best. noodles cooked to a point and well seasoned. attentive and charming staff. map of wines quite limited but well built. the chosen wine, organic, was excellent and at a very affordable price. We'll probably go back!
Beautiful little restaurant, but I expected to eat vegetarian, I didn't think it was as strict vegan! The only thing that tempted me on the menu, there was no more, so I took the risotto. It was the worst risotto of my life. barley rather than arborio rice and only shiitakes. I would have liked a variety of good wild mushrooms with some parmesan and rocket. The wine in the glass was expensive. To end up, a horrible dessert, probably with a jackass. I would have preferred good organic and fair chocolate if it was absolutely grano.
Just wow! My family and i visited for brunch on a Sunday morning. The place was small but cosy and had a nice modern ambiance. There was a variety of different types of people as customers. All items on the menu were Vegan. The waitor was excellent, he explained every menu item in detail so we knew what we were eating. I had Le Constucteur with a Kale and Banana smoothie. Both were excellent. My partner and I are vegan but our other fellow dinners were not, they couldnt believe how good the food was. At $15 max for brunch its a really good deal. I cant wait to come back and have everything else on the menu.
