Cold Stone Creamery - Lexington

Says open to 9 o'clock. not open till 9pm turn me around 850pm, but other side were still there! I wasn't the right kind of customers.

It makes me really sad to say that. but the owners of this load are racist . . . and so much more. one of our close friends worked at the cold stone creamery, she is our babysitter. she was always a young woman of integrity and works hard. recently she called one of the manager for racist commentaries and then in opposition she was told that she was a badly hired and fired. To be honest, I'm shocked and upset. I will no longer participate in this invite and I will go out of mine to tell everyone I can't go. please do not support this load.

My cake was partially melted and the writing was not only incorrect but also incorrect. I was also called and told it was done and ready for pickup twice. When I showed up to pick it up the cake was not done and obviously thrown together last minute. It was clear the situation was going south but they bagged it and sent it out the door anyway and with no other choice was left with a cake that was paid for and looked terrible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. the cheesecake fantasy is my favorite with brownies. her ice cream is the best.

The best ice cream place. very good. customer service. delicious taste.
