Rally's - Lexington

After waiting for 15 mins to get to the menu screen the annoying computer generated ?attendant? asks constantly for you to place an order which is a distraction while trying to look at the menu. Finally rude girl came on to take our order. The shakemachine was broken, no Coke Zero, no Diet Coke, no Mello Yello, no funnel fries. I settled for an All American burger and friesand drank the water I brought with me. My husband ordered fully loaded fries and a champ burger. The fries are no where nearfully loaded because they contained a sprinkle of bacon, a blob of cheese and a squirt of ranch. Someone apparently lost thetop to the salt when salting those burgers because they were inedible. I feel my blood drying up now from the bite that I took. Horrible! I hadn?t been to Rally?s in years and now I will never go back. The worst fast food I?ve had in a long time.

Food is fresh fresh and on point. Friendly service and fresh hot food. I enjoy going to this place because I know my food is going to be cooked to order and if it's not, then they sure do know how to make me feel like it is!

The young lady running drive-thru needs people skills... or atleast to not roll her eyes when you ask for ketchup. Ordered my sandwich with no mustard, no lettuce, but had a little mustard on it and no tomato either. The fries seemed to be double friedas they were hot, but very hard. Not really a great first impression, but it's the last. I guess on the bright side, service wasfast, but your food takes the hit. I'd rather wait on fresh food made right, but that's just me

The lady at the window acted as if she didn't want to be there. She wasn't at all friendly. I go the Texas chicken strip box. There was no BBQ sauce whatsoever. The rally burger had no tomato. My first and last visit

Girl in the drive thru was rude, rushing me trying to take my order everything I asked for she'd start trying to give me my total, then when I paid 24 dollars for a bunch a cold tasteless food and an undrinkable sprite that tasted like dirt I didn'tget a thank you or anything... people if you hate your job go find another one it's too easy. Service trash food trash minusthe fries they were actually fresh.
