Ordered a footlong tuna deluxe toasted which is not toasted and looks like they put 2 scoops of tuna on it when it should have 6. Horrible Customer Service!! This used to be my favorite Subway but service has went downhill. McKenna was the only Employee working while Mia just walked aroundtalking on a personal call with her AirPods in. Another girl was new and couldn’t do everything yet, which was understandable. Mia was very rude when I asked her why McKenna was the only one taking care of all the customers. Mia made rude comments. Please remind them that this is a customer service business not a “teenage fest” I will never go here again and I will tell everyone about this horrible service. I have never been treated like this as a customer ever!! Kudos to McKenna.and a pink slip for Mia or a long course on Customer 101!! Another customer behind me in line talked to me in the parking lot when we left about the ridiculous way this business was being handled.
