Boomers Taqueria - Liberty Hill

The food at this restaurant is great, but their hours are very inconvenient. I've tried visiting several times during lunch, only to find them closed. Calling ahead never seems to work either. While I enjoyed the food, the hassle of their operating hours is discouraging, and I’m not inclined to go back.

The breakfast tacos are consistently delicious and well-prepared. I also love the spicy salsa that comes with them. Plus, the horchata is really good too!

Boomer's Taqueria consistently delivers fantastic food. Without a doubt, they serve the best tacos in the city!

I travel from cedar park for tacos and they never give me lemons and salt

All right, how is it that I have lived so close to this place for several years and I'm just now trying them out??? Yes, they literally are a little counter inside of the gas station on the corner of Highway 29, but wow the food was really good. Definitely will be coming here on the regular for breakfast tacos and I look forward to trying some of the other Mexican food items.
