Quality Inn Suites Liberty Lake Spokane Valley

We stayed here at the end of a very fun, yet whirlwind of a road trip for our daughter's birthday. I have difficulty walking and found the room to be very nice and definitely handicap accessible. The room was clean and fresh, the beds were with plenty of pillows! The staff, while shorthanded were very helpful and courteous. The pool area was clean and bright. It was a much needed rest from our trip and I would highly recommend it to everyone

First off, lobby door was open and the lobby felt like a sauna. That was weird right off the bat. Mention to check in guy it was hot as heck in here and he said “tell me about it”…weird. Excited to get in hot tub seeings how it was empty. Turned jets on and they didn’t work. Then put toe in and it’s cold like the pool water. Went to front desk to say “your hot tub is cold??” But no one at front desk…weird. By elevator I noticed was a fitness room so thought ok I’ll use that. Opened door and it Smells awful inside there. Smh not sure about this place. Room seems ok, hopefully my thoughts don’t change on that tonight. ..I’d suggest cards in all rooms so ppl can rate their stay more easily and give you the feedback that’s needed to improve. The hotel is extremely short staffed right now through no fault of their own, however it did not in any way diminish the quality of our stay. Check in and check out were both smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. The continental breakfast was well stocked and there was a good variety of items to choose from, including some hot food selections. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite the shortage of people to help them out. We would definitely return for another stay in the future.

If you want your jaw dropped by the worst customer service in the world you can find it right here at this quality inn! After wrongfully charging my friend and refusing to be helpful in the slightest. I got the unfortunate experience of sitting on hold all morning just to be told it’s ultimately up to the store/property manager to resolve this. Since they stole my friends money and over an hour of my time now, I figured only living ten or so minutes away I would just go in and ask for some sort of resolution in person. What was the resolution I got? Your guys “quality” manager falsely calling the police saying I was screaming and acting erratic. 1. Pretty sure falsifying police reports is illegal. 2. I was on the phone with a choice privilege supervisor during this interaction who can verify I wasn’t acting “erratic” 3. The cops came and verified I wasn’t the issue (which I will be getting a document of the interaction once it’s released, miss manager is just a trigger happy liar. Very embarrassing considering whatever she said on the phone to the police had them so alarmed that THREE cop cars showed up. Pretty lame to lie to such an extent and force police to deal with your nonsense when you are very well aware this is Spokane... right? LOL Funny thing is ultimately I didn’t get the “lifetime” ban they were threatening nor did I ultimately receive ANY trespass at all. Trust me, I would never stay at a quality inn so I actually welcomed the ban. I’m sure having a bunch of police out front for a “crying wolf” story looked really good in front of all the customers coming and going, many of them slowing down to listen. The word “quality” should be removed from this building front. Maybe “We Steal and Call the Cops on Our Customers Inn” would be more fitting. Food for thought. The only person who gets 5 stars is Alvin the supervisor at Choice 1800 number for doing everything you guys refused to do for my friend as well as being on the phone with me the entire time in the hotel as well as speaking to the cops too! Lady with the black hair gets -10000000 negative stars for lying to the police. Ha. Cheers!

Beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was standard and fed our family of 5. We used the pool but hot tub was broken. This is an older hotel and you can tell but it was clean. We had adjoining rooms that worked out perfectly for my larger family.
