Starbucks - Liberty Township

Coffee always tastes burnt and is insanely overpriced

It is a great place within a great location. I have been there many times. Last time I was there was not the best time! My order was missed up every time it was made, it was a very simple one as well. On the first trial of getting my simple white chocolate mocha I got a dark hot chocolate, on the second time, I got milk with sugar! I didn 't say anything after that as the person behind the counter was nice and probably was new! I tried to enjoy my stay with friends instead! Other than this time, everything is really good in that location, but hope they extend their operation hours as we are approaching summer time!

Would love to meet the corporate team that believes the new coffee system is better. Getting a cup of just basic coffee has become much slower since the plandemic, as Starbucks doesn't trust me to add my own condiments anymore, but now they install these new coffee making system, where each cup is now made individually, making a simple visit to get coffee up to 10 minutes now.

I gave a 3 cause it's hot chocolate but it's never hot. They have been slacking the past week cause coffee is not hot. The hot chocolate was cold . And I go here a lot. Don't ever order the caramel macchiato again it tasted horrible I order a lot of caramel macchiato at different Starbucks and before at this location it's never tasted like this last time I ordered it idk what was put in it but it was horrible like a dirt/burnt taste no caramel wat so ever I couldn't drink it I gave my friend and she was like no thank you. It was sad now I'm afraid to order it again it's what I always order too lol.

I HAVE TO GIVE A 3 STAR BECAUSE I AM TOLD THEY DO NOT DO 'TRENTA ICED TEA LATTES, HOWEVER THEY FILL A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME TRENTA CUP TO GO WITH THE SAME DRINK!? THAT MAKES NO SENSE! I KNOW IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEE! AND SOME GIBE THE TRENTA CUP! IT IS THE BUSINESS THAT NEEDS TO MAKE THE CHANGE! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT DRINKS! POOR POLICIES!
