We arrive shortly before few families and a large group for a christening. However after ordering starters and maincourse we were left waiting for nearly 2 hours before our starter arrived. I had to enquire several times and thank goodness for Google translate. Only some starters arrived we had to chase the others. The same with the main class we were left waiting over half an hour between the first person being served and the last. Two of the passages were fantastic and so was a steak. Three spaghetti carbonara is awful with scrambled egg inside. The final dish to be served with pizza which was good but over half an hour after the original steak dish. Quality of food did not compensate from the time delay. It was midnight by the time we got the bill and will able to leave the restaurant. Avoid at all costs if you have children as it could be a long night. An evening which was meant to be a treat was awful. The green salad is a soggy mess too!
We found this place always open, right in the center of town in the Piazza Progress, next to the Palaza di citta. Family run, Mama in the Kitchen, ate there 5 times in one week and everything and everything was great. Particularly recommend the Mussels in Red Sauce and bread crumbs. Their pork cutlets in white wine cream sauce and fresh mushrooms is great also. Pizza and Calzone first rate as well. Great Value for money! their Granite Limone is out of this world
