Passing through the magnificent village of Lauzerte, we had the great surprise of coming across this small restaurant with impeccable service. What a joy to enjoy sincere, creative, tasty dishes, where everything is cooked fresh and homemade. Special mentions for the Asian-style knife tartare, with explosive and precise flavors at the same time, as well as for the conchiglioni with sweetbreads, just as precise, fine, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Effective wine list so as not to spoil anything, we highly recommend!
