Duke's - Lihue

While the ambience is perfect and the servers very friendly we found the appetizers and the cocktails just okay. Duke's was highly recommended, but from the three courts we only enjoyed the Calamari. The crab and chicken wings (the cold arrived) were not delicious at all.

Celebrated my birthday with Duke?s and it wasn't disappointed. The food was excellent. The view was breathtaking. There are live music in the bar area on the ground floor and stunning views from the restaurant on the second floor.

All about this experience is quintessential Hawaii. Beautiful restaurant with beautiful decor. The view to the beach is breathtaking. Great ducks, drinks and dessert. A perfect service. Tip: You can add the salad bar for $25 or a meal for $7. We chose the second option that I recommend. I don't think it's worth $25. This culinary experience is for my favorite restaurant experience in Hawaii (with Kimo's in Maui).

Good was pretty good, I had the spicy Hamburger. The food came out pretty fast and the bartender was quick to get me some refills for my drinks. Has a very nice view of the water and the prices were not bad, depending on what you ordered. I'd definitely eat here again if I'm in town.

We came here to try the Hula pie and couldn't pass up trying the calamari either. We ate here 4 times during our vacation. Loved the location and unique dining style. Loved everything we tried! Top notch service too
