L'Hermitage Gantois - Lille

Very disappointed. We came with a couple for a musical event (very well) and decided to take a drink and aperitive boards before. 40 minutes to get our drinks! When at our cheese board and the cold cutlery each at 21 €, the quantity as the quality was not at all at the height of the establishment! Food: 1

It's really not good, deplorable service, the mcdo deserves more stars. Let's just say I ordered a Touist turtel that I have a Hawaiian pizza, don't talk about hair in the soup, a great classic. To finish the restaurant sucks, but I put stars for the waitress who is my liver rather well garnished, wouldn't she be a bomb (h) haha

What a beautiful hotel, steeped in history. Used the valet parking for ease a bit expensive but great service. Standard rooms a little on the small size and not quite sure about the mix of old and new furniture. Ask for a room away from the atrium, newer rooms by the spa. Only negatives were breakfast was not included and quite pricey if you wanted to add it and it’s a good 20-25min walk to the old town. Thanks for a lovely stay and for the recommendations on places to see/eat.

We were a little hesitant in eating at the hotel restaurant as it seemed a little quiet but we were so glad we did. The food was superb .beautifully presented and the best meal we had on our visit to Lille. Service was also great . Would thoroughly recommend.
