San Martin 110 - Lima

Excellent vegetarian sandwich!!! Cool friendly quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine or a local beer.

I have now been to San Martin 110 several times - for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and just to grab a coffee. The first time I went I was struck by the awesome vibe of the place - beautiful high ceilings and vintage windows and floor tiles of what used to be an old barranquino home. The menu has a Spanish twist to it which I love, having lived in Sevilla once upon a time. What I liked most was dinner. The tortilla espanola is very good, and a sandwich with queso manchego is to die for. They also offer great deals on tinto de verano - two for S/. 14! Overall, the food is good. However, what has bothered me is the service. Each time I have visited, there have been very few people in the restaurant besides me, and yet it takes forever just to get served a juice or a coffee or anything. To me, opening a new restaurant is like being on a first date: it should be on its very best behavior until it's proven itself worthy of your time and affection. Each time I leave San Martin 110, I feel a little disappointed in this regard. Please, next time I visit, don't take 20 minutes to make my cappuccino... especially when I ask for it to-go.

Muy buen servicio que brindan va de la mano con la comida motivos por los cuales lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas

Fui con unos amigos que me hablaron del lugar maravillas y esperaba precisamente eso: fuegos artificiales con comida española.El lugar está bastante bien -la terraza es magnífica- y el servicio muy eficiente, pero la comida no cumplió las expectativas. Una carta muy básica de platos españoles y un punto muy fuerte en los bocadillos con productos españoles.Ojo a los más bebedores: hay oferta en tintos de verano...

Es un lugar para ir con una amiga y conversar tranquilo o un amigo, pero para ir a buscar una buena comida no lo recomiendo. Es para pasar el rato sin buscar una magnifica carta.
